Following the government’s advice on the current coronavirus situation, we took the decision to operate remotely. All Wombat staff are now remote working for the foreseeable future until we are advised otherwise.
As a digital agency, we are well prepared for home working. The systems and technology we work with every day allow us to work from anywhere. That means there won’t be much difference in the way we operate.
As the novel coronavirus evolves and situations change, we want you to know that we are here for you, if you need some help. We want to help businesses not only survive but thrive in this tumultuous time.
Here is a short FAQ to answer some of the questions you may have.
How can I contact you?
In the first instance, we are asking everyone to email us or submit a support ticket. This means we have a record of all conversations that the whole team can see – ensuring nothing gets missed, especially if someone is not working that day.
Marketing (all things social media, marketing plans & SEO)
Development Team (all things web support, bug fixes & website builds)
COVID-19 Support (extras relating to COVID-19 you would like us to create and send on your behalf or SOS strategy requests)
If you have an urgent problem or you need a chat, the office phone network is up and running so you can phone us on 01900 821628.
I’d like a meeting to chat through my options, can this happen?
While we are not continuing with face to face meetings to protect you and our staff, we have introduced virtual meetings. We use Google Hangouts, which is free and easy to use but if you have a preferred option please let us know and we can adapt.
Google Hangouts also allows us to share our screen with you, so we are also able to run training sessions.
Can I get support?
We’re here to help in this difficult time and understand that you may need to flex the way your business runs. There are many different ways we can offer support from developing social media plans, creating new digital strategies or providing a cost-effective solution for websites. Please contact us and we can discuss what’s best for you and your business.
We will continue to monitor government advice, so we keep informed of changes or extra measures. This means we can work with you to provide the best support and strategies for your business.
