PPM Ltd provide property maintenance and repair services to an array of clients from local councils to housing association groups, developers and letting agencies. They were founded in 2002 and have continuously grown, with offices in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington, and North Yorkshire.
They required a website which would reflect the business as a leader in their industry. It needed to look professional and provide potential clients with the best possible first impression.
Their pre-existing website was outdated and didn’t promote their modern and innovative, customer-focused brand as positively and efficiently as they would have liked.
This was our solution:
We developed a website which would give PPM a professional presence to display the best possible first impression. Designing the whole website around usability and creating a positive and intuitive user experience for visitors.
We used subtle CSS animations to draw the users’ attention to the navigational elements, helping to achieve an interactive and frustration free browsing experience.
Previously their client portfolio had been incorporated into a list. We created a showcase gallery to communicate their impressive array of clients in a more effective way.
The website integrates with their social media accounts and works fluidly on all devices, from mobile phones to tablets and desktop computers.
Creative use of ‘white space’ effectively highlights the content and navigational elements, so content appears separated and therefore easier to find and digest.
The website was built upon a content management system (CMS) which uses a simple interface to which makes content changes much easier.
